Htein Lin Thar is situated just behind Ngapali Beach and is a short walk from Ngapali Beach and Kippling Bay Beach is just a short walk to the north. Both beaches have restaurants where you can eat delicious fresh seafood with your feet in the sand.
The guest house has been built with style. At the front is a stunning open-air art gallery built with old hardwood in the Burmese style where an English speaking local artist paints during the day. In addition there is a wonderful roof-top terrace/bar where guests are served breakfast and can relax and sunbathe during the day with a cool drink in hand. The owner (Kotook) speaks fluent English and has an eclectic collection of unique and interesting antiques providing a relaxed bohemian atmosphere.
The Guest House has 13 rooms all of which have an en-suite shower room with basin and WC. All have air-conditioning & hot water. Some have local TV. 10 of the rooms have balconies. There are bicycles and electric mopeds that you can hire and boat trips or fishing trips can easily be arranged as well as trips into Thandwe town to see the amazing food and vegetable market.
